Anchor Point-the Still House Initiative was created from a shared commitment to serve, support, and walk alongside people through some of life’s most difficult moments.
We are a family-led team built on the belief that stability begins with being seen, supported, and not left to navigate hard seasons alone.

Grace Warpool
Founder & Operator
Grace is the founder of Anchor Point and the Still House Initiative. She is deeply committed to helping individuals and families move through crisis into stability by making complex systems more accessible, human, and actionable.
Her work is rooted in the belief that most people are not lacking strength — they are lacking support, clarity, and guidance at the moments they need it most.

Matthew Warpool
Co-Founder & Support Lead
Matthew is Grace’s supportive and loving husband and co-founder of Anchor Point and the Still House Initiative. He plays a foundational role in supporting the mission, strengthening operations, and helping ensure that care and stability remain at the center of everything the organization does.
His role reflects a shared commitment to showing up for people when life feels overwhelming and helping create structure where things feel uncertain.
Our Family
Together with our two daughters, we are building this work as both a mission and a way of life. Our family is the foundation of Anchor Point, shaping how we understand care, responsibility, and the importance of showing up for others with consistency and compassion.
Our Mission as a Team
We are dedicated to serving others, giving back, and offering steady support when life feels unmanageable.
We believe in meeting people where they are — especially in the moments when it feels too hard to keep going or too hard to care for themselves.
Anchor Point-the Still House Initiative exist to remind people that they do not have to carry everything alone, and that there is a path forward, even when it feels out of reach.
